Volunteering with YMCA Coventry and Warwickshire offers a way for you to make a real difference to young local people’s lives, share skills, learn new ones and to meet new people. We have a wide range of volunteer opportunities that all provide essential support to the work that we do with young local people.

We value all of our volunteers and ensure that they are supervised and supported during the time they spend with us. We want everyone to fulfil their potential and work at a level that recognises their training, experience and ability. Volunteers are required to provide two references and undergo a DBS check before they start with us and we provide training and reimburse travel expenses where needed for the role.

Our volunteering roles include, working with young people, office and administration, fundraising and marketing and training. From time to time, we also advertise specific volunteer roles which would be listed in this section and advertising our Facebook and Twitter pages.

If you feel that you have even a few hours a week that you spend volunteering and would like to find out more about how you can get involved in our work, please contact Lisa Carroll, our Co-Director of Communications and Fundraising on lisa.carroll@ymca-cw.org.uk or call 07789 548127, she will be happy to help.
