25 hours per week (£20,000 – £22,000 pro rata)
We are seeking to recruit a skilled and experienced Housing Finance Co-ordinator with responsibility for the collection, recording and monitoring of all rents and charges that are payable by local authorities, young people, and others.  The post holder will work closely with Housing Benefit Teams and our residential teams, to ensure timely and accurate information is available for assessment; ensuring staff are equipped to provide high quality financial advice to young people and manage the process of annual rent increase in line with legal requirements.
