As a Housing Services Director, you will be a key member of our Senior Management Team with specific responsibility for leading and managing the Housing Services Team. You will be able to provide strategic leadership as well as having the depth of knowledge and attention to detail to ensure that high quality housing services are delivered to service users within budget.  With a positive track record of achievement, you will be committed to embodying the YMCAs Christian ethos and values in day to day service delivery as well as in the way you lead and manage the Housing Services team.
